What It Does

Sana-Chan Bot lets Discord communities collect media submissions, repost them into organized category channels, vote on favorites, and run media guessing games with monthly and cross-server rankings.

It includes a web dashboard for approvals, moderation, game-library management, analytics, backups, privacy tools, setup health, and production maintenance.

Discord Commands

  • /sana opens the mobile-friendly control center.
  • /submit starts a guided media submission.
  • /guess and /hint handle active guessing games.
  • Admins use /sana setup panels for setup, sync, checks, backups, and moderation.

Dashboard

  • Public gallery, stats, leaderboards, and server pages.
  • Admin review, moderation, audit log, reports, jobs, and privacy actions.
  • Release channel, backups, storage forecast, and production checks.

Add It To A Server

Invite Sana-Chan Bot with the required permissions

  1. Invite the bot with the bot and application command scopes.
  2. Run /sana in Discord.
  3. Open Setup, choose the required channels/categories, and optionally set the bot name, bot image, and custom command name.
  4. Use Sync Commands if Discord needs to refresh slash commands.
  5. Open the dashboard onboarding page if you want a browser checklist.
